- The user must not have violated any platform policies.
4. Immediate Digital Access
All purchases provide instant digital access to systems, materials, and community features. Because access is delivered immediately, refunds are limited strictly to the seven (7) day window.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly excluded from refunds:
- Previous subscription charges prior to cancellation.
- Any digital content already accessed after the refund window closes.
6. Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future billing, but do not generate refunds for charges incurred before cancellation.
7. Processing Timelines
