Every seat carries a domain

Each founding role owns a real operating surface. There is no padded team layer and no room for performative work.

03 — Zero to one

You are building the machine

This is not a company with settled systems waiting for execution. The systems, standards, and leverage are part of the work itself.

04 — Rare only

Standards are the filter

We would rather move deliberately with the right builder than move fast with the wrong one. Most applicants should self-select out.
